Care Options is a team of experienced professionals and trusted advisors dedicated to providing superior care to older adults and people with disabilities. Founded in 1988 by Ann E. O'Neil, Care Options has been Virginia's premier care management organization. Our staff is composed of highly qualified individuals, many with advanced degrees and certifications.

We offer a full range of services including care management, care giving, and relocation. In addition, we offer a number of specialized services: daily money management, respite care for vacations, and a Senior Care Visitors Program. We know that the intersections of many needs—medical, social, financial, and emotional—define each of our client's circumstances. Our mission is to create a comprehensive and individualized service plan to meet those needs.
